The First Steps

If you’ve decided you want to take the life-changing step to learn Reiki or progress to the next level:

Contact Helene by phone or email to discuss learning Reiki, and to receive answers to any immediate questions you may have.

Book a pre-course consultation with Helene. This is a pre-requisite for any Reiki Course. It involves discussing your expectations for the course, and recommended preparation both prior to and after the course. In addition, for Levels 2 and higher, we will review essential content from your previous Reiki level/s to prepare you for progression. In addition, a pre-course consultation will include receiving Reiki from Helene (duration of treatment varies, depending on time remaining). This preparatory time together ensures mutual coherence, prior to the sharing of healing knowledge and energetic transmissions that is Reiki.

If you have previously received a Reiki qualification with another teacher and want to refresh your knowledge (i.e. re-do your previous level), please contact Helene. This will involve a pre-course consultation (see above) to re-visit what you have previously learnt. Bring along your original Reiki manual/s and certificates to support this process.
