Reiki is a ubiquitous, timeless sea of universal energy, which manifests as all living beings and even inanimate objects. Reiki is the energetic foundation of all things, and therefore is the oneness connecting all creation.

What does Namaste really mean? The common definition is: The the divinity in me recognizes the divinity within in you, and perhaps all living things, in a broader sense (and perhaps even ‘non-living’ things). The word Namaste invokes the feeling of spiritual oneness of body, heart, and mind, with the person one is greeting. This is also the true nature of universal energy (reiki), being a continuous, ubiquitous, unbroken medium, of which we are all joyously made.
In a more literal sense: Nama means bow, As means I, and Te means you. Therefore, Namaste literally means, “Bow me you” or “I bow to you.”
